Really good Lakeside Experience

I received a complimentary room upgrade. The lake view was indeed beautiful. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I also appreciated the provided two-day metro tickets, very convenient. Parking was available on site which was very helpful.

I found the lift out of service on one day , made reaching the upper floors a bit inconvenient.

the room featured complimentary drinks and toiletries replenished daily. the metro station across the road made city access easy. the lake promenade was directly next to the hotel, it was very accessible.

The gym was located in the next door hotel. I found this slightly inconvenient.

i really enjoyed the location of the hotel it is amazing. i had a beautiful lake view and it was really few meters away from the promenade. the staff was very friendly and helpful . the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from.

the arrival by car wasn't very smooth.

the hotel features a quiet pool cozy early in the morning and later in the afternoon. it also offers a wellness area with a finnish sauna a steam bath and an aroma shower for relaxation.

the breakfast cost chf 39 this is an overcharge and not proportional. the restaurant was once good. my steak at dinner was not good this time. this is unacceptable considering the high prices they charge
