Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are large, clean, and very convenient for relaxation, located centrally by the port. The service was excellent overall, especially Jean Baptiste in the bar area. The location couldn't be better, super central with kind and helpful staff. Although the dining options are somewhat limited, the hotel provides a great place to relax. The hotel offers a beautiful historic building combined with high-standard rooms.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite hot, and I wouldn't recommend this place for its other facilities, but I did appreciate having a bathtub in the room.
I had a quick trip to Lausanne and stayed at this hotel on short notice. The location is excellent, right in front of the lake with a metro station across the street and nice restaurants nearby. The rooms are between the 3rd and 4th floors and had a mix of positives like an imposing look with heavy oak doors and high ceilings, but some maintenance issues like a sharp-sided gap in the floor boards. The service was very helpful and accommodating, and I even got upgraded to a junior suite with an excellent dinner overlooking the lake. The dining experience was good but not perfect, and the prices were a bit high for the experience. Overall, a great stay for a quick trip.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were a bit basic but still comfortable, and some extra attention to details could make them even better. Facing the front of the hotel, my superior room with a balcony offered stunning views, which was a definite plus. The service was exceptional, with delightful staff and helpful amenities. The location was ideal, right by the metro station and overlooking the lake. The dining experience was nice, though a few more options would have been appreciated.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room had a beautiful view of Lake Geneva, but it was small and pricey without breakfast included. The early check-in was convenient, and having a balcony was a definite plus for enjoying the stunning views.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although not very spacious with a small double bed and lacking privacy, came with some nice extras like a Suisse adaptor and city travel pass. The beds were decent but not the most comfortable for me. The service was a hit or miss with some staff being friendly and helpful while others were impolite and uncooperative.
